30-Day Defective Product Return Policy
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be defective, damaged during shipping, or the wrong product was sent.
The request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Photos of the product and packaging may be required to verify the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:

Products returned for personal preference or taste
Clearance or promotional items
Gift cards or digital products
Refunds & Replacements
Once we review and confirm the defect or issue, Freedom Performance Supplements may offer one of the following:
Replacement product sent at no cost, or
Full refund to the original payment method
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, Freedom Performance Supplements will cover return shipping costs.
